Philz Coffee in Chicago is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy, customer-facing store and drive the financial health of the location. You’ll recruit, train, and develop a diverse team while upholding Philz Core Values and delivering authentic hospitality.

You’ll partner with district leadership on strategy, revenue growth, and cost control, fostering a culture that celebrates warmth, community, and excellence in service.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume, customer service-oriented business.
• Proven experience in managing retail operations P&L oversight, revenue growth, and cost management.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain a diverse, high-performing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
