Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Lawrenceville, GA location. You’ll support customers through financial services, lead a team, and drive store performance with a focus on service, risk management, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining customer service to prevent loss.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards and safety procedures.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting events.
• Maintain store security, opening/closing procedures, and vault/cash drawer management.
• Handle store audits, reports, and financial data to ensure compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and arrange upkeep, addressing facility needs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends (minimum 40 hours).
