Wawa, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, drive profitability, and inspire the team every day. You’ll own daily operations, safety, and customer satisfaction while building a high‑performing, developing team and delivering an unforgettable shopping experience.

You will set the vision, manage schedules, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve strong results and guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire career growth in individuals.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency.
• Own accountability to meet or exceed performance targets by reviewing financials and plans.
• Monitor trends and collaborate with peers to drive results.
• Ensure store-wide safety, service, and operational excellence with policies and programs.
• Lead and communicate changes, ensuring adoption of new processes.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative team culture focused on achievement and service.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and onboarding.
• Maintain proper coverage in a 24/7 environment with scheduling and resources.
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
