Wawa, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a store, drive profitability, and inspire the team daily. You will own store operations, staffing, and customer satisfaction while delivering on performance goals and a memorable guest experience.

You will guide coaching, training, and development, ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards across all shifts in a dynamic, retail environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced retail, food service or fuel environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coach and develop teammates and manage performance.
• Solid understanding of store financials and their impact.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency.
• Meet or exceed performance targets by reviewing financials and plans.
• Monitor trends and collaborate to drive action plans.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives, communicate reasons for changes, and drive adoption.
• Foster an inclusive, motivated team culture focused on customer service.
• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with ongoing feedback.
• Maintain coverage in a 24/7 environment with strategic scheduling.
• Respond to customer feedback and plan improvements to exceed expectations.
