Job summary

Community Choice Financial is seeking a General Manager in Corinth, MS to drive store performance and lead a high‑performing team. The GM will coach staff, implement local marketing strategies, manage loan/pawn processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, cash handling, and daily operations in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for advancement across the brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail/finance/service.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, MS Office, and other systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle use.
• Must be 18+ years old (19 in Alabama).
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting/exceeding Company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow business and ensure compliance.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships to drive revenue.
• Evaluate loan/pawn applications and related transactions while managing risk.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements; participate in audits.
• Oversee cash handling, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
• Open/close procedures and training for keyholder duties.
• Participate in hiring and retention of new staff.
• Plan work schedules within budget and store needs to maintain coverage.
