Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing and leading single-store unit operations in high growth hospitality or consumer brands.
• Full Time availability: 45 hours per week, 5 days, including 2 peak days.
• Experience hiring, developing and managing hospitality teams.

Responsibilities

• Create a motivating and engaging team culture by training, coaching, and mentoring your team.
• Cover scheduling gaps and publish staff schedules in compliance with labor laws.
• Recruit top talent in collaboration with the People Team.
• Oversee training quality and ensure high product and service standards.
• Own ordering, vendor relations, waste management, and inventory accuracy.
• Lead by example behind the bar for 50–70% of the week.
