Qualifications

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in high-volume or polished fast-casual environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving settings with a flexible schedule.
• Able to stand 10+ hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work effectively across shifts.
• ServSafe, Allergen, and ChokeSaver certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly and management teams; hire, coach, and enforce standards.
• Own café P&L: manage labor, food costs, and forecast growth.
• Ensure food safety, quality, speed, and exceptional hospitality.
• Build local community presence and represent brand values.
• Coordinate with District Manager, Culinary, HR, Training, and Marketing.
