Ralph Lauren Corporation seeks a General Manager to lead a premium store, drive sales and uphold brand standards. You will develop leadership talent, deliver exceptional customer experiences and optimize profitability.

You will set a store vision, recruit and coach a team, manage operations, inventory and training, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet financial goals. This role demands strategic thinking and a customer-first mindset.

Competenze

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail Management or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to operate the store and navigate stock, dressing rooms, cashwrap and office; ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and travel as required.
• Proven track record of building positive relationships with customers, management and coworkers.
• Business acumen and strong planning/time management skills.
