Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a premium retail location. You will drive sales and profitability, translate brand vision into in-store execution, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage inventory and standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives while upholding RL brand integrity and evolving customer engagement.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent a plus.
• Retail Management experience in a complex, high-volume environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock areas and office; lift up to 30 lbs; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for sales and profit performance; meet sales and margin goals.
• Own strategic planning and execution of store initiatives.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand.
• Shape client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Set talent strategy and recruit, coach, and develop the team.
• Educate and train staff to build skills and capabilities.
• Maintain productivity through inventory and shrink management.
• Champion use of technology to support new selling techniques.
• Uphold company policies and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure store standards exceed expectations at all times.
