Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily store operations. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage scheduling, and support loss prevention efforts in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of cashiering experience with leadership training, ability to multi-task, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Join a team focused on healthy living and community service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training is preferred.
• Must be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate front end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks at registers.
• Monitor cash register supplies and maintain cleanliness in restrooms and parking areas.
• Ensure security by monitoring exit doors and loss prevention.
• Schedule breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions.
