Sprouts Farmers Market seeks a Head Cashier to supervise a team of cashiers, ensure top-notch customer service, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coordinate breaks, assist training, and help with onboarding while upholding company standards.

The role requires 1–2 years cashiering experience with leadership training, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic store setting.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of cashiering experience plus leadership training.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude and ability to model good behavior for customers.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise a team of cashiers and assist with daily store operations.
• Provide direction and support to cashiers and courtesy clerks.
• Address customer concerns at the register and maintain cleanliness/stock at front end.
• Schedule breaks and ensure compliance with company policy and state requirements.
• Assist in hiring and training new cashiers and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain security by monitoring exits and supervising cash handling.
