Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
• Manage workload and KPI achievement with the Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs and serve as MOD.
