Michaels Hart-Southington, CT is seeking a Store Lead to coach and guide a team of framers focused on building customer relationships and delivering custom framing solutions. You will drive sales, plan workloads with the Store Manager, and ensure high-quality framing services for customers.

The role requires leadership, retail experience, and the ability to manage inventory, safety programs, and Omni-Channel processes.

Formación

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal compliance and execution of policies.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time by planning workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet their KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and time on the floor for networking.
• Manage inventory and shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
