Michaels in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Store Lead to coach and guide a framing team dedicated to building strong customer relationships and delivering custom framing solutions. You will lead operations, staffing, and sales initiatives to meet KPIs while ensuring safety and excellent service across the store.

The role includes overseeing inventory, training new team members, and collaborating with MODs to maintain high standards.

Formación

• Experience leading a sales team.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage framing team KPI performance.
• Review sales and production workload and plan floor time for networking.
• Manage inventory and shrink control programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee staffing and training.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing operations and customer service goals.
