Michaels in Middletown, NY is seeking a Store Leader to coach a framing team and drive custom framing sales. You will assist in managing SOPs, develop selling behaviors, and lead framing projects to deliver on time while meeting KPIs.

The role involves inventory management, safety programs, and acting as Manager on Duty, with opportunities to mentor staff and contribute to Omni-channel processes. Evening and weekend shifts required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing and sales floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Interview, onboard, coach, observe and train new team members; support Talent Development.
