Staples is hiring an Assistant Manager to drive sales, services and customer engagement in-store. You will lead a team to build customer relationships, provide total solutions, and grow the business while maintaining a positive, inclusive culture. Immediate hiring and ongoing development are emphasized.

You will guide staff to achieve sales goals, coach through role-plays and training, and ensure strong store operations and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading a sales team in retail or services.
