Job summary

Rally House Minnesota is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store team on the floor, set the pace during shifts, and keep guests engaged. You will model service behaviors, coach teammates in real time, and help ensure the store runs smoothly during busy periods.

The role requires 1–2 years of retail experience, being 18+, and available for 10–20 hours per week including days, nights, weekends, and local sports events. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds is expected.

Responsibilities
