Job summary

Rally House is seeking a Team Captain to guide the store floor, energize the team, and model service behaviors. You’ll help onboard staff, coach with urgency, and drive guest-focused service during shifts in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail experience, a passion for sports, and strong communication skills. Availability ranges across daytime, nights, weekends, and holidays in Rochester, MN.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Availability to work 10 to 20 hours per week including daytime, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sports and retail.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to teammates.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure floor execution.
• Lead merchandising recovery, replenishment, and fixture resets.
• Lead service coverage on the floor and manage guest experience.
• Coach team to maximize guest opportunities and support promotions.
