Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Retail Management.
• Experience supervising one or more Sales Departments.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Experience interviewing, training, and coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as assigned.
• Staff Departments with service-oriented associates; conduct interviews and training.
• Achieve financial plans and execute Sales plans as directed.
• Provide legendary customer experience and assist buying decisions.
• Resolve customer and associate issues and coach team for performance.
