Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in Retail Sales with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of department associates.
• Support department goals in sales, margins, and payroll.
• Coordinate inventory, pricing, and signage per corporate standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and product demonstrations.
• Assist in staffing, training, and scheduling with HR input.
• Lead special events coordination and staff motivation.
