Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure store operations run smoothly while focusing on customer experience and daily sales targets.

The role sits on the store leadership team, supporting opening/closing routines, POS operations, and visual merchandising, with opportunities for career growth and brand advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; further education not required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Team leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and high communication.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive demeanor.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate proactive thinking and a strong work ethic.
