Job summary

JCPenney seeks a Sales Floor Supervisor in Tucson to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading associates, maintaining merchandise standards, and executing visual and selling programs. You will train staff, coordinate omnichannel pickup and delivery, and supervise specialty areas to maximize selling opportunities.

You will also oversee staff development, scheduling, and adherence to performance standards while partnering with leaders to deliver a One Team approach.

Qualifications

• Manages merchandise standards and visual execution.
• Leads omnichannel processes including BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Trains and develops associates to meet performance standards.
• Monitors shrink, safety, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues and concerns.
• Maintains merchandise presentation standards and oversees floor and sign execution.
• Trains, mentors and coaches associates on omnichannel processes and delivery/return procedures.
• Leads specialty businesses (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and manages related training.
• Partners to source and hire store talent; coaches in the moment to address performance.
• Ensures performance standards for shrink, safety, attendance and profitability.
