Responsibilities

• Direct customer service and sales activities in-store; resolve issues and coach the team.
• Maintain merchandise standards, signage, pricing, and store presentation.
• Lead omnichannel operations: Buy Online, Pick Up In Store, curbside pickup processes.
• Oversee specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and shrink control.
• Develop talent: source, hire and coach store staff; address performance issues.
• Meet and maintain performance standards across safety, productivity, and attendance.
