Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs customer service and sales activities in-store to maximize profitability.
• Maintains merchandise standards through Put to Fixture, SET and Visual processes.
• Trains and coaches associates on omnichannel processes and pickup/delivery workflows.
• Leads specialty business areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window) and shrink reduction.
• Partners with management to source and develop hourly store talent.
• Ensures adherence to performance standards including safety and attendance.
