Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Tallahassee, FL to drive exceptional customer experiences and guide a retail team. You will model strong service, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance across POS and inventory while supporting a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The role requires open weekday/evening/weekend availability and a starting hourly rate of $17.50, with potential progression to higher pay as you lead the store to meet KPI goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a welcoming guest environment.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional service and drive performance.
• Drive consultative selling with product education and open-ended questions.
• Promote loyalty by enrolling guests in rewards program.
• Ensure daily cash reconciliations and POS accuracy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and compliance with SOPs.
