Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Tallahassee to greet guests, help them explore cannabis products, and provide top-tier service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will support a welcoming, informative experience, upsell products, and assist with transactions while complying with store procedures and local regulations. This role requires reliability, teamwork, and strong communication, with weekend availability and the ability to adapt to shifts.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role, with a strong focus on service and satisfaction.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build strong connections with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Address concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Encourage loyalty by signing guests up for rewards programs.
• Open and close the store, handle cash, and follow procedures and regulations.
• Check IDs, update customer profiles, and process transactions accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked; assist with inventory tasks.
• Meet daily sales goals by upselling and using product knowledge.
