Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Town of Colonie, NY to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will act as manager on duty, supervise staff, train associates, and uphold company standards while driving sales and ensuring shrink control.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifikationen

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Aufgaben

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-up.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Lead in merchandising, staffing, and adherence to company policies and standards.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure cash handling accuracy.
