Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement; address performance issues.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand and culture by creating memorable customer experiences.
• Drive store sales and meet monthly targets; monitor KPIs such as average transaction value and conversion rates.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and adherence to SOPs.
