Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Provide coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand and create memorable customer experiences to drive loyalty.
• Achieve store sales goals through customer engagement and coaching; monitor KPIs.
• Direct employees to maintain stock, merchandised floor, and compliance with SOPs.
