Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Store Floor Lead to guide the sales floor as Manager on Duty, driving daily operations and delivering the #bestincenter customer experience.

You will coach staff, support onboarding, and work to meet monthly sales goals while maintaining brand standards and compliance. A minimum of 1 year in retail management is preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Coach and provide feedback to elevate performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates.
• Represent the brand to create memorable customer experiences and loyalty.
• Help achieve store sales goals through customer engagement and team motivation.
• Ensure stock levels and merchandising meet visual standards and SOPs.
