The Retail Lead will coach staff, stay current on products, and drive performance to meet or exceed monthly targets with a guest-obsessed culture across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in culinary retail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and customer service.

Responsibilities
