Vuori is redefining athletic apparel with a lifestyle-forward store experience in Pleasanton, CA. The Retail Store Floor Lead will mentor the sales team, uphold Vuori’s brand standards, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll drive store operations, motivate staff, and deepen customer relationships through knowledgeable product guidance and proactive service. This role requires energy, reliability, and a passion for active-wear.

Qualifications

• Customer service expert, creates experiences and develops relationships with customers online and in store.
• Leads and motivates a sales team to meet and exceed goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Adaptable to fast-paced retail environment while maintaining Vuori’s standards.
• Willingness to lift/move products and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding shoppers and sharing product knowledge.
• Own the sales floor and lead the team to prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes, and provide honest feedback on merchandise.
• Build lasting customer relationships and invite participation in events and promotions.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Support inventory and merchandising needs while maintaining visuals.
