Job summary

Vuori, a bold athletic apparel brand, seeks a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team with expert product knowledge and a positive attitude. You will uphold Vuori's standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience under Store Manager oversight.

You’ll drive daily store operations, motivate the team to reach sales goals, and stay ahead on product knowledge. Perks include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• Available mornings/evenings, 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader with punctuality and dependable attendance.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle feedback proactively.
• Strong multitasking, organization and communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experiences by leading the sales team.
• Own the sales floor, guiding the team to prioritize customer service.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizing, and provide feedback on merchandise fit.
• Build relationships with customers and invite them to events and promotions.
• Lead day-to-day operations in absence of store management and meet sales goals.
