Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in New York to inspire the sales team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and embody Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and optimism. The Floor Lead is a key part of the store leadership team, supervising the floor and assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.

• Available morning and/or evening; 8 hour shifts; 5 days/week; at least 1 weekend day.
• Must be a leader in punctuality and attendance; adhere to shifts.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable customer experiences.
• Lead the sales floor to ensure customer experience is the top priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by discussing product details and events.
• Stay current on new products and what's selling well; share with customers and team.
• Lead daily store operations when Store Manager/Assistant Manager are not present.
• Motivate the sales team and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
• Seek new product knowledge to serve as a product expert for customers.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
