Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in New York to guide the sales team, embody Vuori's brand values, and ensure outstanding customer experiences on the floor. You will delegate tasks, mentor staff, and partner with the Store Manager to maintain store operations and standards.

You’ll train the team, manage daily floor activity, stay informed on product details, and drive customer engagement through events and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and team supervision.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor by example to deliver the Vuori customer experience.
• Coach and support sales teammates to meet goals.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist sizing, and provide product feedback.
• Build relationships with customers and invite them to events.
