Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure excellent in-store experiences and strong daily sales.

The role sits on the store leadership team, focusing on customer experience and team performance on the shop floor. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel order fulfillment, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and effective communication.
• Demonstrate energy, adaptability and a proactive work style.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
