Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to supervise on the shop floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure a superior in-store customer experience. You will help drive daily sales, manage floor operations, and uphold our brand culture across all activities.

The role emphasizes leadership on the sales floor, collaboration with store leadership, and commitment to exceptional customer service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• The Key Lead ensures quality in-store customer experience and coaches Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Must be able to drive store performance on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
