Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor and align daily actions with company standards.

The role requires guiding teams, maintaining visual standards, and leveraging product knowledge to boost sales while upholding brand values across shift schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
