Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead in Long Beach, CA to guide the sales team, connect with customers, and model Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive outlook.

Under the Store Manager, the Floor Lead will help supervise the floor, delegate tasks, and drive a seamless customer experience while supporting store goals. This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a willingness to learn about new products, with morning/evening shifts and weekend

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environments.
• Proven leadership and ability to supervise a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team by example to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Own the sales floor and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Prepare fitting rooms, assist with sizes, and provide product feedback.
• Engage customers about product details, new product and events.
• Stay knowledgeable on new products and top sellers.
• Lead daily store operations in manager's absence and delegate tasks.
• Motivate the team to meet sales goals in a team-based environment.
• Develop product knowledge across fashion and active wear to serve as an expert for customers.
• Oversee inventory and restocking to support business goals.
• Communicate inventory needs to store leadership.
