Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Willmar, MN is hiring for a store cleaning associate focused on floor care, sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep. You’ll operate floor care equipment and help maintain a safe, organized environment while supporting various store areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and spot-clean glass/windows.
• Adhere to health/safety, loss prevention, and cleanliness standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Communicate clearly with management and associates.
• Support front-end coverage and store recovery as required.
