Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care
• Operate scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot-clean glass and windows
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Maintain floor care cleanliness including equipment operation
• Ensure store areas (sales floor, backroom, restrooms) meet cleanliness standards
• Follow health and safety policies and refill essential items in lounge/restrooms/front end
• Communicate effectively with management and associates
• Participate in store recovery and adherence to policies including shrink reduction
