Responsibilities

• Maintains floor care cleanliness standards including the maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer.
• Cross-trained in other areas of the store (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Operates scrubber and buffer to keep store environment clean and organized.
• Adheres to all company policies concerning Health and Safety and loss prevention controls.
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
• Supports and responds to Front End coverage needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
