TJ Maxx, a part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a store associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop floor. You will operate floor care equipment, assist customers, and support other areas as needed to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer equipment.
• Dust mop, mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery as needed.
• Follow health and safety policies and labor regulations.
• Communicate accurately with management and associates.
• Adhere to merchandising signage standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
