Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a floors and cleaning associate for the Sierra Store in Saint Cloud, MN. You will operate floor care equipment, perform dusting and mopping, and maintain multiple store areas to support daily operations.

Excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule are essential. This role requires physical stamina and reliability to keep the store clean and safe.

Responsibilities

• Operate the floor scrubber and buffer for cleaning and floor care.
• Dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Maintain store cleanliness across Sales Floor, Backroom, Restrooms, and Associate Lounge.
• Follow health and safety policies and loss-prevention guidelines.
• Cross-train to assist in multiple store areas as needed.
• Support Front End coverage and store recovery throughout the day.
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates.
