• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean and organized store environment with focus on floor care.
• Operates scrubber and buffer; dust mopping and damp mopping; sweeping; vacuuming; dusting; spot cleaning glass/windows.
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-trained to work in multiple areas to support business needs.
• Cross-trained in other store areas (Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, etc.).
• Supports Front End coverage needs and store recovery.
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Maintains safety and follows labor laws and policies.
• Communicates effectively with management and associates.
