Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate scrubber and buffer; dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust and spot-clean glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Uphold store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness and equipment.
• Adhere to safety, policies and labor guidelines, including breaks.
