Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results, lead moments on the sales floor, and be a role model for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll support daily operations, coach Team Members in the moment, and help create a high-performing, inclusive environment during each shift.

Your leadership will propel store performance through consistent coaching, product knowledge, and adherence to brand standards while maintaining a positive, energetic shopping experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity.
• Strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities include opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Deliver feedback and support individual growth moments by encouraging Learning Agility.
• Help facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members, reinforcing standards and policies.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Assist leadership in achieving store KPIs by tracking sales and setting goals with the team.
• Partner with leaders to monitor inventory levels, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly and respectfully to inspire a positive, inclusive culture.
• Proactively resolve customer issues with empathy, speed, and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
