Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to champion outstanding customer service and regulatory excellence across our brand family.

You will educate customers on product options, handle cash operations, perform verifications, and process transactions while aligning with company policies and district goals.

Travel may be required within the district, and you must be able to work assigned shifts; a high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience with sales, customer service, and cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate unresolved issues to store manager or corporate offices.
• Answer phone inquiries regarding applications, requests, or other questions.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Explain solutions professionally and ensure customers feel supported.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and bank transfers as required.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform customer verifications to validate information.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, Net Spend per policy.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and timely I Agree.
• Other duties as assigned.
