Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Manager to drive store visual standards and product presentation. The role focuses on data-driven merchandising, restock and restock processes, and ensuring the store is guest-ready. You will lead a visual team and collaborate with the General/Store Manager to align budgets and planning.

You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, translate reporting into action, and coach staff to maintain brand integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Lead strategic product presentation and merchandising with recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes.
• Plan visual floor changes through payroll management and adapting visual support to business needs.
• Own visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Utilize reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement, outfitting, and stock levels.
• Represent the business in meetings with General/Store Manager and manage budget, reporting and metrics.
• Future planning to protect optimal performance and ensure brand alignment.
• Lead and develop the Visual team and recruitment strategies.
