You will coach staff, drive key KPIs, manage POS and Self-Checkout, promote Loyalty Rewards, and support omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with policies.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems during transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs and events, including loyalty and protection plan offerings.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
